Job Description

Als heftruckchauffeur hou jij de goederenstroom in beweging.
Van grondstof tot afgewerkt product: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op de juiste plaats terechtkomt.

Wat je precies doet? Dat hangt af van het moment in het proces, maar je taken zijn heel afwisselend:

Goederenontvangst & lossen
Je ontvangt inkomende goederen en lost vrachtwagens veilig en efficiënt.

Interne distributie & registratie
Je brengt alles naar de juiste locatie in het magazijn of de productieomgeving, mét correcte registratie in het systeem.

Ingrediënten klaarzetten voor productie
Op basis van de planning en ingrediëntenlijst pick je de juiste goederen en zet je ze klaar voor de productieafdeling.

Afgewerkte producten ophalen & stockeren
Zodra de snacks klaar zijn, haal jij ze op aan de lijn en verdeel je ze volgens instructie in het koelmagazijn.

Klaarzetten & laden voor transport
Tot slot zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen klaarstaan en laadt je de vrachtwagens op een veilige en logische manier.

Your Profile

We zoeken geen chauffeurs die gewoon rondjes rijden, maar collega’s met inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en pit.

Ervaring met de heftruck? Super! Je navigeert vlot tussen rekken, vrachtwagens en productie – veilig en met precisie. Heb je een attest? Nog beter!
Oog voor orde en structuur. Jij weet wat waar moet staan, houdt overzicht en werkt nauwkeurig volgens planning en registratie.
Hands-on mentaliteit. Je ziet werk liggen en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen, ook als het even druk is.
Hygiëne en voedselveiligheid zijn key. Je werkt met voedingsproducten, dus netheid en correcte werkwijze zijn cruciaal.
Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken of in de vaste nacht.
En niet onbelangrijk: ook jij mag tijdens de pauze genieten van onze heerlijke snacks. Gratis én vers bereid!

Success Factors Senior Consultant

What we're looking for:

A strong grasp of HR processes coupled with a passion for technology, or vice versa. We welcome individuals who are dedicated to understanding our clients' needs. Ideally, you possess experience at the Medior or Senior level.
SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more modules is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough customer process walkthroughs to comprehend business needs and align them with solution functionality.
  • Lead SuccessFactors projects, managing resources and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems according to HR best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless integration between modules.
