The Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail oriented and customer focused Business Analyst to join our growing team.    
A key goal in Global IT is successful collaboration with IKO key business leads and stakeholders to deliver on prioritized corporate initiatives.    We strive to improve our processes regularly; utilizing new technologies, leading practices and experiences from our personnel.   
The IT Business Analyst role will focus on a global ERP Deployment project working directly with key business leads to collect business requirements, prepare functional specifications, prototype defined functionality and assist in the overall organizational change associated with a global deployment. The underlying ERP platform is JD Edwards.
You will work closely with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts from other functions, and IT Management to ensure the project progresses along agreed timelines and meets the key business requirements and success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design the global ERP solution including documenting business processes, business scenarios, detailed business requirements, prototyping solution, writing and coordination of test script execution, monitoring and training on system changes

• Participation in detailed Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing activities in line with the global deployment timeline

• Develop/update materials for training end/key users; i.e. appropriate system process documentation, procedures and / or work instructions

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Travel within North America and to European locations will be required

A next important project planned is the implementation of a new ERP system. This project will provide you with an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our business processes and workflows. This valuable experience will be instrumental in your development towards becoming a successful business analyst. Your responsibilities will be varied and are not limited to the overview below.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Work closely with the project manager and solution owner throughout the ERP implementation process.
• Analyze in (close) collaboration with end-users and other stakeholders their business needs and translate those into ERP system requirements.
• Support business process modeling to align the ERP system with organizational workflows.
• Contribute to ERP blueprint and configuration workshops, document outcomes and manage follow-up of actions, change requests and decisions.
• Help organize & coordinate user acceptance testing with internal departments.
• Act as the ERP system administrator, managing user access and system configurations.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Help organize, facilitate & coordinate ERP hyper care period after go-live.
• Provide first-line support for any ERP-related issues or requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Take ownership of the ERP system’s management post-implementation, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
• Keep track of innovations which can be used to optimize our business processes.
• Act as project manager on ERP related services (integrations): (a) Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. (b) Prepare material for and deliver presentations to projects. (c) Coach/guide change management processes.
• Contribute to expanding our digital services towards customers (Customer Portal, Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, …)

The Business Analyst is responsible for discussing and analyzing clients’ requirements and processes.

 

(S)he will act as the single point of contact between various business stakeholders and  will ensure client sponsor satisfaction by effective and timely communication including status reporting, continual risk assessment and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise. (S)he will ensure high quality of deliverables within the approved scope, cost & timeline. In collaboration with  the  project manager, (s)he  may  coordinate team’s tasks and project evolution. When requested, the business analyst will also provide tailor-made coaching services to clients and ensure their efficient follow-up.

• Informatie verzamelen via interviews met medewerkers en managers en het bestuderen van de huidige procedures en systemen.

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Design and develop new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
• Gather information through interviews with employees and managers and studying the procedures and systems currently in place.

• Je werkt een AI-governance framework uit en waakt over het ethisch en verantwoord gebruik van AI.
• Je inspireert en ondersteunt collega’s binnen development en business met je expertise.
• Je volgt de nieuwste AI-trends op en vertaalt deze naar realistische businesscases.
• Je rapporteert aan zowel de IT- als BI-verantwoordelijken en werkt samen met solution architects, developers en externe experts.

En tant qu’IT/OT Engineer, vous assurez la gestion, le support et l’évolution des systèmes d’automatisation industrielle et d’infrastructures IT/OT, en lien étroit avec les équipes internes (production, maintenance, IT) et les partenaires externes (intégrateurs, fournisseurs).

Vos responsabilités principales :

• Piloter des projets IT/OT en collaboration avec l’équipe existante, dans le respect de l’architecture technique et des processus industriels.

• Participer à la mise en œuvre, maintenance et dépannage des systèmes (automates, réseaux industriels, serveurs, etc.).

• Contribuer à la conception et au déploiement d’applications Scada (FactoryTalk, Siemens WinCC, OPC, OSIsoft PI…) et MES/MOM (gestion des flux, LIMS, Intrion, etc.).

• Fournir un support technique en lien avec la digitalisation et l’automatisation des opérations.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les différents services et former les utilisateurs finaux si nécessaire.

• Assurer le suivi des projets d’amélioration continue, y compris la mise en place de dashboards, rapports automatiques, etc.

• Superviser les mises à jour ou adaptations des programmes automatisés.

• Coordonner les activités avec des ressources internes et des prestataires externes.
