Functional Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Discuss and analyze clients’ requirements and processes
- Act as the single point of contact between the different stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Review functional specifications
- Demonstrate effective communication, including status reporting, continual risk assessment and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise
- Ensure high quality of deliverables within the approved scope, cost & timeline
- In collaboration with the project manager, coordinate team’s tasks and project evolution
- Execute, follow and manage tests
- Provide coaching services to clients and ensure their efficient follow-up
