Business Transformation Manager Supply Chain

1.           Stable Weekly Planning/Scheduling:

·        Work with the production department to achieve even distribution of production volumes throughout the week.

·        Implement and manage scheduling systems for production with clear adherence to rules and constraints.

·        Ensure stable staff scheduling based on production needs.

2.           Structuring Planning and Scheduling Processes:

·        Create clear connections between different planning processes and systems (such as MP, MRP, workforce planning).

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize the current planning process.

·        Integrate workforce planning into the overall planning process after optimizing previous processes.

3.           Improve Planning and Stock Management:

·        Develop and implement tools and methods for more efficient inventory management.

·        Optimize inventory levels to meet production and sales needs.

4.           Analysis of Variability in Orders:

·        Perform and complete analyses to identify causes of variability in orders.

·        Continuously monitor and track variability in production and orders to ensure consistency.

5.           Understanding Standard Volumes, Sales, Production and Inventory:

·        Develop insights into standard volumes, sales figures, production quantities and inventories to support strategic planning.

·        Utilize advanced tools for accurate inventory management and planning.

6.           Optimization of Work Order Planning:

·        Assemble teams and determine topics for work order planning optimization.

·        Manage and optimize staff schedules and related processes.

7.           Management of Start/Stop Processes for New Products:

·        Coordinate and optimize processes for the introduction and termination of new products.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management and transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and MP (Master Planning).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data check and variability analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.

This is a 12 month full-time challenging assignment. There is a possibility of prolongation to this assignment.

You report to the Department Manager. 

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Transformation Manager to lead our supply chain transition within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management and transformation projects, and the ability to stabilize and optimize planning and production processes.

As Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various planning structures, improving scheduling and inventory management, and optimizing work orders. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and stability of our production processes.
