Job Description

Ben jij een analytische techneut met een hart voor klantondersteuning? Hou je van technische diepgang, complexe foutanalyses en heldere communicatie? Dan ben jij misschien wel de Technical Support Engineer die we zoeken voor een slimme softwareoplossing in volle groei.

Over de rol
Je komt terecht in een dynamische digitale omgeving, waar je mee de technische brug vormt tussen onze applicatie en de eindgebruikers. Onze tool automatiseert administratieve processen voor ondernemers en accountants – en jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos blijft draaien.

Je bent het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor complexe klantvragen. Je analyseert bugs, voert configuraties uit, ondersteunt installaties en schakelt met externe partners bij integratieproblemen (zoals OCR of bankkoppelingen). Je werkt nauw samen met developers en denkt proactief mee over structurele verbeteringen.

Wat ga je concreet doen?
  • Je analyseert complexe technische issues en zoekt zelfstandig of in overleg met developers naar oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij installatie en gebruik van een sync-applicatie.
  • Je voert technische configuraties uit binnen de software.
  • Je test en analyseert API’s via tools zoals Postman.
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten en externe partners, en volgt alles op via een ticketsysteem.
  • Je documenteert oplossingen en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je hebt directe impact op de gebruikerservaring én op de kwaliteit van het product.

Your Profile

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een technische supportfunctie of gelijkaardige IT-rol.
  • Een bachelor IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met: SQL, PowerShell, KQL,Postman, Monitoringtools, Ticketingtools
  • Basiskennis van .NET Core en Typescript is een pluspunt.
  • Je denkt analytisch, communiceert vlot en werkt klantgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband.

Onze slimme administratietool is speciaal ontwikkeld voor ondernemers en hun boekhouders. De applicatie automatiseert het verzamelen, verwerken en delen van documenten zoals aankoopfacturen, verkoopfacturen en bonnetjes – volledig digitaal, intuïtief en gebruiksvriendelijk.?

Dankzij integraties met e-mail, boekhoudsoftware, banken en OCR-technologie worden facturen automatisch gedetecteerd, uitgelezen en doorgestuurd naar de boekhouder. Ondernemers krijgen real-time inzicht in hun administratie, zonder dat ze zelf met mappen of papieren moeten zeulen.

De tool is gebouwd om de samenwerking tussen zelfstandigen en hun boekhouders te stroomlijnen. Minder administratie, minder fouten, minder gedoe – en meer tijd voor ondernemen.

IT Project Manager

Technical Account Manager / Presales Engineer

As a Technical Account Manager, you collaborate with sales, service, R&D, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility as a Technical Account Manager is to take the lead on the technical implementation part of the deal to close the deal together with sales.
Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

  • You provide presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process and give technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process, and identifies additional sales opportunities within existing customers. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Develop an effective communication with the customers and partners.

  • You create and maintain own network with technical partners and customers to be in control of changes and to be informed about changes in the market. Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s and competitors’ products and/or services and translate into requirements for the company products. Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate. Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.

  • You collaborate with sales, service, R&D, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. Support during customer roadmap/project meetings with Marketing and Sales if required. Monitors R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure. Provides coaching and professional development to company’s members. Need to provide the feedback to product development regarding the customer feedback and market trends.
