Mission générale

En tant que PMO (Project Management Officer), vous jouez un rôle central dans la structuration, le suivi et l’accompagnement des projets au sein de l’organisation. Vous intervenez soit directement au sein d’un projet en support au chef de projet, soit de manière transverse pour le compte d’une direction, afin d’assurer une visibilité et une cohérence sur l’ensemble du portefeuille de projets.

Votre objectif principal est de garantir l’alignement des projets avec la stratégie de l’entreprise, d’optimiser l’utilisation des ressources disponibles et de contribuer à la mise en place d’une gouvernance projet efficace et durable.

Responsabilités principales

Pilotage du portefeuille de projets

  • Identifier, structurer et maintenir à jour le portefeuille de programmes et projets.

  • Qualifier les demandes de projets en collaboration avec les demandeurs.

  • Vérifier la conformité des projets avec les règles de gouvernance en vigueur.

  • Proposer une priorisation des projets selon des critères définis par la direction (valeur business, complexité, coût, etc.).

  • Élaborer une roadmap globale à partir des informations collectées.

Gestion des capacités et ressources

  • Proposer des affectations de ressources (chefs de projets, analystes business) en fonction des disponibilités remontées par les managers.

  • Assurer une gestion optimale des capacités selon les compétences internes disponibles.

Suivi opérationnel des projets

  • Suivre les métriques clés : avancement, budget, périmètre, risques, dépendances.

  • Remonter les alertes sur base des informations fournies par les chefs de projets.

  • Accompagner les équipes projet dans le respect des processus définis.

Amélioration continue et gouvernance

  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus de gouvernance de projet et de portefeuille.

  • Veiller à l’adhésion des projets aux standards qualité (ex : normes ISO).

  • Proposer et accompagner le changement au sein des équipes.

Documentation et transmission

  • Documenter les activités dans les outils internes (Confluence, Jira) conformément aux procédures.

  • Partager les connaissances et assurer un transfert de compétences pour garantir la continuité de service.

  • Faire preuve de polyvalence et assurer une montée en compétence sur au moins un autre poste, en accord avec le manager.

Compétences et profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • Diplôme de niveau Master, idéalement avec spécialisation en IT ou en management de projet.

  • Certification ou expérience en méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Sprint).

  • Expérience de 5 à 7 ans en tant que PMO.

Compétences techniques et organisationnelles

  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et planification.

  • Connaissance des processus IT et métiers.

  • Capacité à gérer des ressources et à prioriser des projets de manière stratégique.

  • Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs et de documentation (Confluence, Jira).

Langues

  • Français courant (le néerlandais est un atout).

Qualités personnelles

  • Leadership naturel et esprit d’initiative.

  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur.

  • Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.

  • Qualités relationnelles et aisance dans la communication interpersonnelle.

  • You will work in Lead to Cash programs, involving the following areas: SAP S/4, SAP CPQ, Salesforce, Kimble/Kantata, ..
  • Ensure that all software systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents.
  • Together with the other architects, you establish an architectural repository to consolidate all design information in one easily accessible location. You ensure that all relevant information from your assignments is stored in this central repository.
  • Provide technical leadership & guidance to development teams, while also helping them to become more autonomous
  • Manage & monitor your own workload, define the scope upfront & clearly, making clear agreements with your internal customers about what can (not) be expected exactly by when, and steering towards these agreements.

IT Business Analyst

The Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail oriented and customer focused Business Analyst to join our growing team.    
A key goal in Global IT is successful collaboration with IKO key business leads and stakeholders to deliver on prioritized corporate initiatives.    We strive to improve our processes regularly; utilizing new technologies, leading practices and experiences from our personnel.   
The IT Business Analyst role will focus on a global ERP Deployment project working directly with key business leads to collect business requirements, prepare functional specifications, prototype defined functionality and assist in the overall organizational change associated with a global deployment. The underlying ERP platform is JD Edwards.
You will work closely with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts from other functions, and IT Management to ensure the project progresses along agreed timelines and meets the key business requirements and success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the global ERP solution including documenting business processes, business scenarios, detailed business requirements, prototyping solution, writing and coordination of test script execution, monitoring and training on system changes

  • Participation in detailed Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing activities in line with the global deployment timeline

  • Develop/update materials for training end/key users; i.e. appropriate system process documentation, procedures and / or work instructions

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Travel within North America and to European locations will be required
