Cybersecurity Auditor (NDLS)

The Business System Analyst – Sales will play a key role in an international ERP implementation project, working closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify business requirements, create functional specifications, develop prototypes, and support the organizational changes associated with this global rollout. The ERP platform in use is JD Edwards.

You will collaborate intensively with the ERP project team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts from other domains, and IT management to ensure that the project remains on track and meets predefined business requirements and success criteria. This position reports directly to the Global ERP Project Lead and is based in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ERP solutions, document business processes and scenarios, gather detailed business requirements, create prototypes, and coordinate test scripts and training related to system enhancements.

• Actively participate in Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing in line with the international implementation timeline.

• Create and update training materials and user documentation for both end users and key users, such as procedures and work instructions.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Travel to various European locations as needed.

Reporting to the Global Master Data Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to support the accuracy, setup, and maintenance of the company’s master data. You will ensure data quality and integrity across business applications, including the ERP system.
In this role, strong analytical skills are essential to understand and execute business data requirements.
The Data Management Analyst must understand the importance of data quality across the organization, including aspects such as information lifecycle management, data modeling, master data management, and gathering business requirements.
You will work with various ERP systems such as JDE, Mapics, Navision, and Business Central, as well as workflow and invoice automation tools like Bottomline, Datahaven, and Inspyrus.
Where needed, you will collaborate with various departments across both business and IT functions.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Analysis (70%)

• Execute master data setup and configurations within ERP systems.
• Coordinate data requests and ensure compliance with data quality standards.
• Analyze business requests for accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Monitor data quality, perform cleansing activities, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide data-driven insights and support the resolution of master data issues.

Data Continuity and Process Improvement (20%)

• Review and improve guidelines for master data requests.
• Provide support to IKO business departments regarding master data.
• Contribute to internal projects involving data analysis and process optimization.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support (10%)

• Apply data audit methods and procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in internal projects that require data and business analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical input.

 

• Design technical architectures for initiatives related to data management and information governance.

• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.

• Ensure that all projects are aligned with overarching strategic and technological objectives.

• Keep up to date with evolving technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Define a target vision for your domain and guide projects to align with this vision.
