Job Description

Je komt terecht in het customer service team en zorgt voor een goede en structurele samenwerking met de klanten en de diverse interne afdelingen. 

Als eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede opvolging van de klant op commercieel gebied.  “Worden afspraken nageleefd? Worden de gewenste resultaten behaald? Zijn er nieuwe opportuniteiten bij de klant?”

Je registreert en volgt klachten nauwkeurig op.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Teamleader.

Your Profile

We zijn op zoek naar een ondernemende en enthousiaste collega. Sociaal, klantvriendelijk, ambitieus en stressbestendig zijn eigenschappen die je kenmerken. Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur in de Logistiek;
  • Professionele ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een grote troef
  • Je bent communicatief en kan op de juiste moment assertief zijn
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse in woord en geschrift (Duits, Frans, Turks of Italiaans zijn mooie troeven);
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Transportkennis is een grote plus

    IT Business Analyst

    The Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail oriented and customer focused Business Analyst to join our growing team.    
    A key goal in Global IT is successful collaboration with IKO key business leads and stakeholders to deliver on prioritized corporate initiatives.    We strive to improve our processes regularly; utilizing new technologies, leading practices and experiences from our personnel.   
    The IT Business Analyst role will focus on a global ERP Deployment project working directly with key business leads to collect business requirements, prepare functional specifications, prototype defined functionality and assist in the overall organizational change associated with a global deployment.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Design the global ERP solution including documenting business processes, business scenarios, detailed business requirements, prototyping solution, writing and coordination of test script execution, monitoring and training on system changes

    • Participation in detailed Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing activities in line with the global deployment timeline

    • Develop/update materials for training end/key users; i.e. appropriate system process documentation, procedures and / or work instructions

    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

    Travel within North America and to European locations will be required

    Technical Account Manager / Presales Engineer

    As a Technical Account Manager, you collaborate with sales, service, R&D, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
    Your responsibilities
    Your main responsibility as a Technical Account Manager is to take the lead on the technical implementation part of the deal to close the deal together with sales.
    Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

    • You provide presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process and give technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process, and identifies additional sales opportunities within existing customers. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Develop an effective communication with the customers and partners.

    • You create and maintain own network with technical partners and customers to be in control of changes and to be informed about changes in the market. Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s and competitors’ products and/or services and translate into requirements for the company products. Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate. Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.

    • You collaborate with sales, service, R&D, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. Support during customer roadmap/project meetings with Marketing and Sales if required. Monitors R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure. Provides coaching and professional development to company’s members. Need to provide the feedback to product development regarding the customer feedback and market trends.
