Job Description
- Provide second- and third-line support for Azure & M365.
- Analyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to:

- Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
- Windows Server (migrations & updates)
- Basic networking (VPN, firewall, switching)
- Printing and data reporting issues
Your Profile
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2–3 years on L2/L3 level.
- Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory.
- Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus).
- Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
