Team leadership:

• Define objectives, roles, and priorities for the IT Operations team.
• Remove operational blockers and support decision-making.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high-quality problem solving.
• Balance operational workload with project commitments.

Operational management:

• Oversee reliable delivery of internal IT services across multiple offices.
• Implement and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain the IT Operations roadmap.
• Strengthen or redesign ITIL processes including incident, change, and knowledge management.
• Maintain clear documentation and operational procedures.

Technical oversight:

• Define and evolve IT Operations services and architecture.
• Ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and up to date.
• Support continuity planning, including backup and disaster recovery.
• Remain informed on emerging technologies and propose improvements.
• Perform limited hands-on technical support when on-site presence in Brussels is required.

Stakeholder and vendor management:

• Align IT operations with business priorities through close stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to leadership.
• Manage vendors, evaluate solutions, and negotiate agreements.
• Ensure adherence to internal security standards and external requirements.

En tant que Lead BI, vous serez le/la garant(e) de la stratégie BI, de sa gouvernance et de sa mise en œuvre.
Vous piloterez les projets BI dans un environnement stimulant (SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, Cognos, Power BI) et accompagnerez les équipes métiers dans la valorisation de leurs données pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques.

Votre mission sera de :

• Définir la vision et la roadmap BI, alignées sur les enjeux métier et IT.

• Superviser les projets BI de A à Z : priorisation, planification, pilotage budgétaire, déploiement et amélioration continue.

• Manager une équipe interne et coordonner les partenaires externes.

• Promouvoir la culture data et accompagner l’adoption des outils BI dans toute l’organisation.

• Assurer la qualité, la performance et la sécurité des données tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d’innovation.
