Help Desk Support – Flexible Hours (Evenings Included)

Job description As Help Desk Support, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues facing IT challenges. You’ll work in a small, close-knit team supporting approximately 200 users.

Your responsibilities include:

First-line support: Handling inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system.
Troubleshooting: Resolving login issues, printer problems, and other IT-related challenges.
Project assistance: Collaborating with the IT Manager on various IT and multimedia projects.
Multimedia support: Assisting with audiovisual systems (training provided).
Documentation: Accurately maintaining records of processes and solutions.
Flexible hours: Willing to work late shifts (until 10-11 PM) three times a week.Profile At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and Windows environments.
Friendly, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions.
Detail-oriented in documentation and a true team player.
